Common use of Georgia Trade Secrets Act Clause in Contracts

Georgia Trade Secrets Act. Except as expressly provided in Article 7 of this Agreement, including OPC's consent to the use by LPM of Confidential Information in its trading operations pursuant to this Agreement, the rights of the Parties under this Agreement are in addition to and not in lieu of their rights under Georgia law, including the Georgia Trade Secrets Act of 1990. Nothing in this Article 7 shall be construed as a waiver on the part of any Party of any privilege or objection of any kind to the disclosure or use of Confidential Information.
