Geothermal Resource Clause Samples
The 'Geothermal Resource' clause defines what constitutes a geothermal resource within the context of the agreement. It typically specifies the types of subsurface heat, steam, or fluids that are covered, such as naturally occurring hot water, steam, or brines found beneath the earth's surface. This clause clarifies the scope of resources subject to the contract, ensuring that both parties understand which materials or energy sources are included, thereby preventing disputes over resource rights and usage.
Geothermal Resource. Except for the Resource Sublease, the Resource Sublease Partial Assignment, the Sublease of Resource Sublease and the Sub-Sublease of Resource Sublease, there are no contracts or agreements to which Lessee is a party providing for the sale or transfer of the Geothermal Resource.
Geothermal Resource. The Seller will provide for a continuous reliable geothermal resource and reinjection facilities necessary to operate the Expansion Facility.
Geothermal Resource. Each of the following shall have occurred with respect to the geothermal resource: (i) the Borrower is diligently pursuing the Drilling Program, (ii) the Borrower shall be in compliance with the Reservoir Monitoring Plan and (iii) OPIC shall have received the Reservoir Monitoring Report most recently required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.02(e) hereof.
Geothermal Resource. The Borrower shall be in compliance with the Drilling Program and be in compliance with the Reservoir Monitoring Plan.
