Germane. All credits to be considered for application on any lane of the salary schedule shall be germane to the teacher's teaching assignment as determined by the School District.

At the discretion of the Superintendent, credit for application on the salary schedule may be given for a course germane to the areas of licensure of the teacher/assigned position and for courses required for coaching certification.
