Germane. All credits to be considered for application on any lane of the salary schedule shall be germane to the teacher's teaching assignment as determined by the School District.
Germane. A teacher shall be paid on the BS/BA+15 lane or higher if the credits earned are germane to the teacher’s field or are part of a definite career plan in the field of education as approved in writing by Human Resources.
