GGO Subscription Rights. The Plan shall provide that in connection with the consummation of the Plan, GGO shall enter into an agreement with each Purchaser with substantially similar terms to those set forth in Section 5.9(a) above with respect to any issuance of GGO Common Stock (or securities that are convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for, or otherwise linked to, GGO Common Stock) after the Effective Date.
