Subscription License. Subscription licenses are also subject to then-current Subscription Licensing Supplement.

Subscription License. A Subscription license will commence on the date specified in the Notification Form and continue in force for the fixed initial term specified therein. The license is firm and cannot be cancelled or otherwise reduced or terminated by Customer during the license term. On expiry of the initial term, the subscription license will terminate unless renewed. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Notification Form, each subscription license will include the provision of Support Services.

Subscription License. If you have acquired a subscription license version of the Software, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the date You purchase a one year subscription and shall continue for a period of one year thereafter. Unless You renew Your subscription prior to the expiration of the current subscription period, this Agreement shall expire. If You renew Your subscription, then the term of such renewal shall commence on the day after the expiration of the prior subscription period and continue for one year thereafter.

Subscription License. Purchasing a “Subscription License” or “Subscription” to Laserfiche Software allows Licensee to Use such Software on a subscription basis. If Licensee purchases a Subscription License, subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, Licensee may Use the Software covered by the Subscription (the “Subscription Software”) for the term of the Subscription set forth in the Order and subject to the Subscription Usage Limits set forth in the Order until the Subscription expires or is otherwise terminated. After the Subscription expires or is terminated, the Subscription Software will stop functioning entirely, and Licensee’s rights to Use the Subscription Software will terminate.

Subscription License. During the term of the paid Subscription, Versa shall provide Support & Maintenance Services at no additional charge.

Subscription License. 3.1 For Software licensed under a commercial license, Company grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license during the Subscription Term to use and reproduce such Software on Servers for which Customer has purchased a Subscription solely in connection with Customer’s internal operations. 3.2 All Servers on which the Software is installed must be covered by the same Subscription level. Upon termination or expiration of the Subscription, this Agreement and all licenses granted hereunder will terminate. Following such termination or expiration of the Subscription, upon request from Company, Customer will provide written confirmation to Company that it has: (a) removed or uninstalled the Software from all of its Servers which were licensed under a commercial license or (b) is using the Software pursuant to and in accordance with an open source license without use of Company’s marks. 3.3 Customer will not and will not allow any third party to: (a) decompile, disassemble, translate, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any encrypted or encoded portion of the Software, in whole or in part, nor will Customer use any mechanical, electronic or other method to trace, decompile, disassemble, or identify the source code of the Software or encourage or permit others to do so (except and only to the extent that applicable law prohibits or restricts reverse engineering restrictions), (b) sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, market, or commercialize the Software for any purpose, including timesharing or service bureau purposes, (c) create, develop, license, install, use, or deploy any third party software or services to circumvent, enable, modify or provide access, permissions or rights which violate the technical restrictions of the Software, (d) remove any product identification, proprietary, copyright or other notices contained in the Software, (e) modify or create a derivative work of any encrypted or encoded portion of the Software, or any other portion of the Software, (f) publicly disseminate performance information or analysis including, without limitation benchmarking test results; (g) use the Software other than on Server; or (h) change any proprietary rights notices which appear in the Software or Documentation. 3.4 The Software may include individual open source software components, each of which has its own copyright and its own applicable license conditions. Subscription License. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, Tribia grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non- transferable and non-assignable, limited subscription license to access and use the Services.‌ 2.2 The license granted in clause 2.1 is in all cases solely granted (a) within the scope of and subject to the terms set out in the Customer Agreement, (b) for the specific number of Permitted Users, project areas and/or project rooms if any, as set out in the Customer Agreement, (c) for internal business purposes only, and (d) during the term of the Agreement. 2.3 The Services may only be used by users that are approved by the Customer ("Permitted Users") and always provided that the Customer assumes full liability for their use of the Services.

Subscription License. Upon payment of the fees and subject to Your continuous compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, N-able hereby grants You, for Software obtained on a subscription license basis (as shown on the Sales Order), a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the applicable Term to internally use the Software and Documentation, subject to all of the terms of the Agreement, including those contained in this Section 2.1. a) For each Software license that You obtain from N-able, You may: (i) use the Software on any single Device, unless the Documentation clearly states otherwise; and (ii) copy the Software for back-up and archival purposes, provided each copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices and a notice that it will not be used for transfer, distribution, or sale. b) The Software is in use on a Device when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed in permanent memory (hard drive or other storage media or device). You agree that You will register the Software only with N-able and that You will only install a Software license key obtained directly from N-able. You may provide, make available to, or permit Your Users to use or access the Software or Documentation, in whole or in part.

Subscription License. If you have licensed the Software as "Subscription License", this Agreement becomes effective upon first installation and/or delivery of the software license key by e-mail or any other suitable form of communication for the duration of one year, subject to early termination pursuant to this Agreement. The term of the Subscription License will be automatically renewed for another term of one year, unless you terminate the Subscription License in writing at least three months before the end of the license term. The license fee for the renewal of the term will not exceed the published price at the time of renewal, excluding promotional and discount pricing and is payable within 30 days as of the date of renewal. The term for additional Subscription Licenses purchased during a running License Term will end at the same time as the term for existing Subscription Licenses. The price of such additional licenses will be adjusted pro rata temporis to the remainder of the running License Term. The number of existing Subscription Licenses will be taken into account in determining the discount level for the additional Subscription Licenses.
