Common use of Gift Certificates Clause in Contracts

Gift Certificates. During the Sale Term, Agent shall accept Merchant’s gift certificates, gift cards and Merchandise credits issued by Merchant prior to the Sale Commencement Date. Merchant shall reimburse Agent in cash for such amounts during the weekly sale reconciliation provided for in Section 8.7.

Gift Certificates. During the Sale Term, Agent shall accept Merchant’s gift certificates, gift cards and similar Merchandise credits issued by Merchant prior to within one (1) calendar year before the Sale Commencement Date. Petition Date (collectively, the “Gift Certificates”); and Merchant shall reimburse Agent in cash for such amounts during the weekly sale reconciliation provided for in Section 8.7. Under no circumstances shall Agent be permitted to sell any Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificates. During the Sale Term, Agent shall accept Merchant’s gift certificates, gift cards and Merchandise Store credits which have been issued by Merchant prior to the Sale Commencement DateDate (collectively, “Gift Cards”). Merchant shall reimburse Agent in cash for such amounts on a weekly basis during the weekly sale reconciliation provided for in Section 8.7reconciliation. Agent shall not be required to accept any rain checks or other promotional items providing the customer with an additional discount on Merchandise.

During the Sale Term, Agent shall accept Merchant’s gift certificates, gift cards cards, merchandise credits, and Merchandise credits the like issued by Merchant prior to the Sale Commencement Date. Merchant shall reimburse Agent in cash for all such amounts during the each weekly sale reconciliation provided for in Section 8.7.
