Common use of Gilead Marks Clause in Contracts

Gilead Marks. The licenses granted hereunder do not include any license or other right to use any Gilead trade dress, trademark, trade name, logo or service xxxx (each, a “Gilead Xxxx”) or any word, logo or any expression that is similar to or alludes to any Gilead Xxxx, except as provided in Section 6.5.
