Common use of Giving notices Clause in Contracts

Giving notices. (a) A notice under this Deed is only given if it is in writing and is delivered, posted or emailed (as appropriate) to the Notice Address. (b) The Owner must give a notice or any other information or document to the Minister by giving it to the Minister’s Representative at the Notice Address, unless the Minister or Minister’s Representative has advised it is required to be given specifically to the Minister. (c) A party may change their Notice Address by giving the other parties at least 5 Business Days written notice of the changed details.
