Common use of GLASS Clause in Contracts

GLASS. Tenant shall pay on demand the cost of replacement with as good quality and size of any glass broken on the Leased Premises including outside windows and doors of the perimeter of the Leased Premises (including perimeter windows in the exterior walls or interior glass) during the continuance of this Lease, unless the glass shall be broken by the Landlord, its servants, employees or agents acting on its behalf.

GLASS. The Tenant shall pay on demand the cost of replacement with as good equal quality and size of any glass broken on the Leased Premises including outside windows and doors of the perimeter of the Leased Premises (including perimeter of the windows in the exterior walls or interior glasswalls) during the continuance of this Lease, unless the glass shall be broken Term and any Fixturing Period provided that any window breakage is caused by the Landlord, its servants, employees or agents acting on its behalfTenant’s negligence.

Said replacement will be with glass identical to the glass originally installed in the Building, or if no longer available, with as good specification, quality and size reasonably acceptable to the Landlord.
