GmbH & Co KG. In the case of a limited partnership with a limited liability company as its general partner (GmbH & Co. KG) the provisions under this Section 11.10 shall apply mutatis mutandis and all references to Capital Impairment and Net Assets shall be construed as a reference to capital impairment and net assets of the general partner of such German Guarantor.
