Common use of GMP Cost Limitation Clause in Contracts

GMP Cost Limitation. The amount allocated for the Basic Services and Work of the Project to be performed in of the Design-Build Contract. The GMP Cost Limitation does not include the cost of fixtures, furniture, or equipment unless expressly stated in the Using Agency’s Program. Fixtures, furniture, or equipment not included in the Using Agency’s Program may be added as a design requirement and included in the GMP Cost Limitation by an amendment to this Contract. GMP Cost Limitation does not include Owner contingency or Site acquisition costs. See Subparagraph 4.1.1.5.2 for details and effect of the GMP Cost Limitation.
