Common use of Good Character Clause in Contracts

Good Character. I am of good moral character, and I have not been involved at any time in any act of moral turpitude or behavior that is, or could be, perceived by the State or Local Organization as contrary to the GOALS AND OBJECTIVES of the Miss America Program or its elements as described in Paragraph 1.1 of this contract and as determined by XXX in its sole and absolute discretion.
