Good Faith Cooperation. The Parties shall promptly do and perform such further acts, matters, or things and execute and deliver all further instruments required by law or which may be reasonably requested by any Party to establish, maintain, and protect the respective rights and remedies of any Party and to carry out and effect to the intent and purposes of this Agreement.
