Good Faith Duty to Cooperate. In the event that the Administrative Agent or Required Lenders elect to commence the exercise of remedies pursuant to Section 10.2 or 10.3 as a result of the occurrence of any Fund Group Event of Default with respect to a Fund Group, the Credit Parties in such Fund Group agree to cooperate in good faith with the Administrative Agent to enable the Administrative Agent to issue Capital Calls and enforce the payment thereof by the Investors relating to such Fund Group in accordance with the Loan Documents, including but not limited to providing the contact information in the possession of the applicable Credit Parties or any Affiliate or service provider thereof for each such Investor within two (2) Business Days of receipt of a written request, subject to Section 12.17.
