Common use of Good Order Clause in Contracts

Good Order. The receipt by the Company of any and all information, documentation, instructions and/or Premium deemed necessary by the Company, in its sole discretion, to issue the Contract or execute any transaction pursuant to the terms of the Contract. INCOME DATE. The date on which annuity payments are to begin under an income option. INVESTMENT DIVISIONS. Separate and distinct divisions of the Separate Account to which specific Underlying Mutual Fund shares are allocated, and for which Accumulation Units and Annuity Units are separately maintained. The Contract Value in the Investment Divisions will go up or down depending on the performance of the Underlying Mutual Funds.
