Good Practice. The Commissioners acknowledge the importance of national support for the collaborative commissioning programme and for obtaining value for money in relation to the commissioning of Specialised Services. Accordingly, the CCGs may not engage commissioning support organisations to assist and support them in the performance of their roles and responsibilities under this Agreement. NHS England is responsible for engaging commissioning support organisations to assist and support the Commissioners in the performance of their roles and responsibilities under this Agreement.
