Good Practice. The Contractor warrants that where and to the extent that materials, products, and workmanship are not fully detailed or specified they will be: (i) Of a standard appropriate to the Works and suitable for the purposes stated herein or (ii) reasonably to be inferred from the Tender Documents, and in accordance with good practice.
