Common use of Good Repairs Clause in Contracts

Good Repairs. The Purchaser shall keep its Unit and the Parking Space, if any, and every part thereof and all fixtures and fittings therein properly painted and in good repairs and in a neat, clean and decent condition and use the Complex Common Portions for the purpose for which it is meant unless otherwise approved by the Developer or the Complex Association, as the case may be.
