Common use of Good Standing Certificates, Etc Clause in Contracts

Good Standing Certificates, Etc. The Company shall have delivered all such certificates, documents or instruments with respect to the Company's corporate existence and authority as Buyer's counsel may have reasonably requested prior to the Closing Date.
