Good Utility Practice; Regulatory and Reliability Requirements. From and after the Commercial Operation Date, Owner shall (a) provide Firm Transmission Service, (b) operate and maintain the NECEC Transmission Line in accordance with Good Utility Practice and in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including applicable NERC and Northeast Power Coordinating Council reliability standards, and (c) comply with all applicable operating instructions of ISO-NE and manufacturers’ warranties.
