Good Utility Practice. The Interconnection Customer shall construct, interconnect, operate and maintain its Small Generating Facility and construct, operate, and maintain its Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, and in accordance with this Agreement, and with Good Utility Practice.

The agreement that establishes the terms and conditions under which the Transmission Owners transferred to the ISO Operational Control over designated transmission facilities.

Good Utility Practice. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades as specified in Attachment 2.
Good Utility Practice. To the extent a Party is required or prevented or limited in taking any action by such regulations and standards, or if the obligations of any Party may become limited by a change in Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice after the execution of this GIA, that Party shall not be deemed to be in Breach of this GIA for its compliance therewith. The Party so limited shall notify the other Parties whereupon Transmission Provider shall amend this GIA in concurrence with the other Parties and submit the amendment to the Commission for approval.
