Common use of Goods Price Clause in Contracts

Goods Price. 3.1. The Price of each Order of Goods shall be the amount expressed per unit and in the currency set out in the Supply Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the Price shall be exclusive of any applicable excise duty and/or Value Added Tax and/or Mineral Oil Tax which shall be due on the same day as the payment for the Goods is due and shall be calculated at the rate ruling on the Delivery Date.
