Goods Received In Error. 10.1 The Contractor shall Report to the Authority the receipt of any MoD assets not covered by the Contract as detailed at Annex F, and arrange for their collection in accordance with the procedures at Annex F. In such circumstances the Contractor shall be entitled to recover costs reasonably incurred as in accordance with Condition 11.3.
