Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A (other than the Class A-PO and Class A-R Certificates) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. With respect to the Class A-PO Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100% Percentage Interest. The Class A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

The Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-PO, Class A-R, Class A-LR, Class M, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing for so long as the Class A-3 or Class A-4 Certificates are held in the name of the Clearing Agency or a nominee thereof, the Holder of Certificates of such Subclass will be entitled to a wire transfer.
