Wire Transfer Eligibility. Section 11.24
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A (other than the Class A-PO and Class A-R Certificates) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. With respect to the Class A-PO Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100% Percentage Interest. The Class A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-R Certificate), and the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates), the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. The Class A-R, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. The minimum number of single certificates eligible for wire transfer on each distribution day, for the certificates, is 1,000 (representing a $1,000,000 initial principal balance or initial notional balance) and, for the residual certificates, a 100% percentage interest.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. The minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $___________.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. The Class A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. The minimum Initial Principal Balance for wire transfer on each Distribution Date, in the case of Certificates (other than the Class CE and Class R Certificates), is $1,000,000 and, in the case of each of the Class CE Certificates and Class R Certificate, a 100% Percentage Interest.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-6 Certificates), the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $5,000,000. With respect to the Class A-6 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 25% Percentage Interest. The Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-PO, Class A-R, Class A-LR, Class M, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing for so long as the Class A-3 or Class A-4 Certificates are held in the name of the Clearing Agency or a nominee thereof, the Holder of Certificates of such Subclass will be entitled to a wire transfer.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-11, Class A-17, Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. With respect to the Class A-11 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 10% Percentage Interest. The Class A-17, Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer, except that the Class A-17 and Class A-PO Certificates shall be eligible for wire transfer so long as the Holder is the Clearing Agency or its nominee.
Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-3, Class A-WIO, Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates), Class M Certificates and Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. With respect to the Class A-3 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100% Percentage Interest. With respect to the Class A-WIO Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 25% Percentage Interest. The Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.
