Goods - Retention of Title. 10.1. The title in any Goods sold and delivered by Xxxxxxx to the Purchaser shall not pass to the Purchaser until the total Amount Payable for the Goods under the Contract (plus all accrued interest (if any) payable under Clause 9) has been paid in full.
