Common use of Google’s Security Assistance Clause in Contracts

Google’s Security Assistance. Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); (b) complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in these Data Processing Terms.

Google’s Security Assistance. Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s its obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) a. implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); b. making Additional Security Controls available to Customer in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); c. complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) d. providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in these the applicable Agreement including this Data Processing Terms.Amendment; and

Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any its (or, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s obligations pursuant to under Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) a. implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); b. making Additional Security Controls available to Customer in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); c. complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) d. providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in these the Agreement (including this Data Processing Terms.Amendment); and

Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s its obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) a. implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); b. making Additional Security Controls available to Customer in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); c. complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) d. providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in the Agreement including these Data Processing Terms; and e. if subsections (a)-(d) above are insuficient for Customer to comply with such obligations, upon Customer’s request, providing additional reasonable assistance.

Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any of Customer's obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) applicable Customer’s 's obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) : ● implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section Section 7.1.1 (Google’s 's Security Measures); ; ● making the Additional Security Controls available to Customer in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); ● complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) and ● providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in the Agreement including these Data Processing Terms.

Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any of Customer’s obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) applicable Customer’s obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); (b) complying with making the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) providing Additional Security Controls available to Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in these Data Processing Terms.Section

Google’s Security Assistance. Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any its (or, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations of Customer in respect of relating to security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPRbreaches under Applicable Privacy Law, by: (a) a. implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); b. making Additional Security Controls available in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); c. complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) providing Customer with d. making the Security Documentation available in accordance with Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and providing the information contained in these Data Processing Terms.the applicable Agreement (including this Addendum); and

Google’s Security Assistance. Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data and the information available to Google) assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any obligations of Customer in respect of security of personal data and personal data breaches, including (if applicable) Customer’s its obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 34 (inclusive) of the GDPR, by: (a) : ● implementing and maintaining the Security Measures in accordance with Section Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures); ; ● making Additional Security Controls available to Customer in accordance with Section 7.1.3 (b) Additional Security Controls); ● complying with the terms of Section 7.2 (Data Incidents); and (c) ● providing Customer with the Security Documentation in accordance with Section Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation) and the information contained in the Agreement including these Data Processing Terms; and ● if subsections (a)-(d) above are insufficient for Customer to comply with such obligations, upon Customer’s request, providing additional reasonable assistance.
