Incident Notification. Google will notify Customer promptly and without undue delay after becoming aware of a Data Incident, and promptly take reasonable steps to minimize harm and secure Customer Data.
Incident Notification. The Company will promptly notify the Airport Operations Center (AOC) of all incidents involving bodily injury or property damage occurring on Authority-owned property, tenant owned property or third party property.

To the extent feasible, Business Associate will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the technology safeguards used by Business Associate to secure PHI will render such PHI unusable, unreadable and indecipherable to individuals unauthorized to acquire or otherwise have access to such PHI in accordance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Guidance published at 74 Federal Register 19006 (April 17, 2009) or such later regulations or guidance promulgated by HHS or issued by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (also known as “NIST”) concerning the protection of identifiable data, such as PHI. Business Associate will report, as required by 45 C.F.R. §164.314(a)(2)(i)(C), Incidents to Covered Entity, including promptly reporting any successful Incident of which it becomes aware and at the request of the Covered Entity, will identify: the date of the Incident; scope of Incident; Business Associate’s response to the Incident; and the identification of the party responsible for causing the Incident.
Incident Notification. If 4me becomes aware of a Security Incident impacting Customer’s operation or unauthorized access to Customer data, 4me will without undue delay: (a) notify Customer of the Security Incident; and (b) take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects and to minimize any damage resulting from the Security Incident. The notification shall include information about:
(a) the time and nature of the incident;
(b) the time of discovery;
(c) the data subjects and affected Controller Data, including an estimate of the number of affected data subjects and Controller Data;
(d) likely consequences of the data security incident and/or personal data breach;
(e) measures already adopted or proposed by the Processor to address or mitigate its possible adverse effects, where applicable.
Incident Notification. Customer is notified within thirty (30) minutes of any Critical Incident (as defined under Incident Management) detected by Service Provider which impacts services.
Incident Notification. Each Party undertakes to notify the other Party as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event more than 24 hours, after becoming aware of any accident, spill or incident involving the other Party’s employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors or their equipment, or Shipper’s Products from the Pipeline and to provide reasonable assistance in investigating the circumstances of the accident, spill or incident. If any accident, spill or incident involving Shipper’s Products requires a report to be submitted to a Governmental Authority, Carrier shall notify such Governmental Authority as soon as reasonably practical in compliance with applicable Law. A copy of any such required report shall be delivered to Shipper.
Incident Notification. Entering Party shall notify Company (and provide details as requested by Company) as soon as reasonably possible in the event any accident or other event occurs during the course of Entering Party’s activities hereunder that involves non-compliance by Entering Party or its subcontractors with this Agreement or any applicable laws, regulations, ordinances or rules.
