Common use of Governance and Anticorruption Clause in Contracts

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, the Project Executing Agency, and the implementing agencies shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, the Project Executing Agency, Agency and the implementing agencies each Project Implementing Agency shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, the Project Executing Agency, Borrower and the implementing agencies BISP shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; andand (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Borrower, Borrower and the Project Executing Agency, and the implementing agencies Agency shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) ), and acknowledge that cooperate fully with any investigation by ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, directly or through its agents, agents of any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice practices relating to the Project; and, and extend all necessary assistance, including providing access to all relevant books and records for the satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Borrower, the Project Executing Agency, Agency and the implementing agencies Program Implementing Agencies shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the ProjectProgram; and

The Borrower, Borrower shall cause the Project Executing Agency, and the implementing agencies shall Agency to (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; andand (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
