Common use of Governance and Anticorruption Clause in Contracts

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, CAFI, MPW and MOTC shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, CAFI, MPW Borrower and MOTC shall shall: (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Borrower, CAFI, MPW MOF and MOTC shall MOESD shall: (a) comply with ADB’s 's Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the ProjectProgram; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The BorrowerBorrower shall, CAFIand shall cause MOT and ARS to, MPW and MOTC shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The BorrowerBeneficiary, CAFI, MPW MoFT and MOTC SOCC shall (ai) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge acknowledges that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (bii) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
