Common use of Governance and Anticorruption Clause in Contracts

Governance and Anticorruption. 19. The Beneficiary, DOLIDAR, DDCs, and other implementing agencies shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Beneficiary, DOLIDAR, DDCsNEA, and other implementing agencies the PMU shall (ai) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (bii) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Beneficiary, DOLIDAR, DDCs, Recipient and other implementing agencies each Provincial Government shall (a) comply with ADB’s 's Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, . any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, . collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

The Beneficiary, DOLIDARMPPW, DDCs, TDF and other implementing agencies the Municipalities shall (ai) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (bii) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
