Governance - Bylaws. The Fontana Regional Library Board of Trustees shall adopt bylaws and rules for its own governance as may be necessary and in conformity with the law and this agreement. These bylaws may be amended or repealed and new bylaws adopted by the affirmative vote of a majority of all the members of the Board of Trustees then holding office, provided that notice of the proposed action shall be stated in the call for the meeting and is given at least fifteen days prior to the meeting.

Governance - Bylaws. If the Program has drafted and implemented Bylaws, they must submit a copy of their Bylaws to the Fiscal Sponsor on an annual basis. It is highly recommended that all Programs implement Bylaws if at all possible. The Fiscal Sponsor can provide “template” Bylaws to the Program if so desired.
