Governance Following Product Launch. As soon as practicable following product launch of the Drug Product, the parties shall meet to review whether it is appropriate to continue the collaboration under the day to day management of the Project Team, or whether the objectives of the Project Team have been substantially achieved and it is appropriate to disband or reorganize the Project Team. Regardless of whether the parties elect to disband or reorganize the Project Team, the Steering Committee shall continue to provide overall direction to the collaboration.
