Common use of Governance of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Governance of Meetings. The Terms of Reference of TfN Committees (described in the constitution in part 4 are approved by TfN at a Full Meeting of its Members and will be reviewed as part of the annual review of the Constitution. The Terms of Reference of other officer meetings are approved by the Operations Board. All meetings of TfN’s Boards or Committees which may influence the outcome of a specification, evaluation or procurement should record the Declarations of Interests of attendees at the outset of the meeting.
