Common use of Governing Document Clause in Contracts

Governing Document. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the Company and Executive with respect to the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment and certain post-termination restrictive covenants with the Company and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or verbal agreements and understandings between Executive and the Company relating to employment, compensation, benefits, severance or any other subject matter hereof.
