Common use of Governing Law and Attorney’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Attorney’s Fees. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced under the substantive and procedural laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties’ consent to jurisdiction and venue in the federal or state courts located New York, New York. In the event of a dispute between the Parties hereto, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
