Common use of Governing Law and Attornment Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Attornment. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of British Columbia and the law of Canada applicable therein and all disputes and claims, whether for damages, specific performance, injunction, declaration or otherwise, both at law and equity, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Agreement will be referred to the courts of British Columbia and each of the parties hereby attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
