Governing Law and Service of Process. This Agreement is made in the State of Ohio and the validity, construction, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, and the rights of the parties thereunder shall be determined under, governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Service of process, sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against the Company, may be made by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address set forth in Paragraph 25 hereof.
