Governing Law and Service of Process. 29.1 Except as expressly set forth herein, this Agreement is to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any matter, claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether contractual or non-contractual, is to be governed by and determined in accordance with English law, except as expressly set forth herein.
