Common use of Governing Law; Attornment Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Attornment. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein and the Parties hereby irrevocably attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
