Common use of Governing Law; Choice of Law; Severability Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Choice of Law; Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction then, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, so that the remainder of that provision and all remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. All other portions of this Agreement, excluding the Mobile Banking End User License Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, excluding that body of laws pertaining to conflict of laws. All disputes relating to this Agreement, excluding the Mobile Banking End User License Agreement, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina and the parties expressly consent to jurisdiction and venue thereof and therein.
