Fees and Applicable Conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue, without notice, Bill Pay service for any account experiencing overdraft activity. Any Bill Pay items presented against insufficient funds will be charged our standard $37.00 non-sufficient funds fee plus a $37.00 handling fee per item. If these fees change, you will be notified in advance and allowed to terminate your enrollment in these services. All other normal activity-based or account-balance fees that you currently pay will still apply. Inactivity Fee: If you do not have any bill payment activity for the month, your bill pay account will be charged an inactivity fee of $3.00. This fee is assessed monthly, for the previous month's activity. This monthly fee is waived only during the initial month you registered for the service. If you wish to cancel your bill pay account, please contact the bank to do so. Customers who have 12 months with no bill payment activity (no scheduled payments and does not login to Bill Pay) will automatically have their bill payment profile closed. BCB on the Go is an inquiry service that allows you to receive your account information by text message. Any customer enrolled in Online Banking can sign up for the service. BCB on the Go is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within Online Banking proceed to the Additional Services menu and select Text Msg Banking Specify the following account alerts to be sent either by text message or email • Balance update • Large Deposit • Large Withdrawal • Low Balance • High Balance • Check Cleared • Personal Message This system allows you to specify which notifications you wish to receive OR enter a Text Command to receive information on demand.

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.

  • Unsafe Conditions In accordance with 29 CFR § 1977, occasions might arise when an employee is confronted with a choice between not performing assigned tasks or subjecting himself/herself to serious injury or death arising from a hazardous condition at the workplace. If the employee, with no reasonable alternative, refuses in good faith to expose himself/herself to the dangerous condition, he/she would be protected against subsequent discrimination. The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.

  • Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice. Current Acceptable Use Policy can be found here: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal Customer agrees that any service complaints including concerns regarding level of support, products, service reliability, or any other concerns related to LightEdge or Services being provided by LIghtEdge will be communicated to LightEdge by sending an email to xx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.
