GOVERNING LAW & ENFORCEMENT. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma applicable to contracts made and to be performed entirely therein. The prevailing party in any litigation initiated to enforce rights under or collect damages for breach of this Agreement shall be entitled to reimbursement from the non-prevailing party of all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such litigation.
