Common use of Governing Law; Process Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Process. Except as may otherwise be expressly provided in any other Loan Document, this Agreement and all other Loan Documents are made under and will be governed in all cases by the substantive laws of the State of Indiana, notwithstanding the fact that Indiana conflicts of law rules might otherwise require the substantive rules of law of another jurisdiction to apply. EACH CREDIT PARTY WAIVES PERSONAL SERVICE OF ANY AND ALL PROCESS UPON THE COMPANY AND AGREES THAT ALL SERVICE OF PROCESS MAY BE MADE BY MESSENGER, BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, OR BY REGISTERED MAIL DIRECTED TO SUCH CREDIT PARTY AT THE ADDRESS STATED IN SECTION 9.02 OF THIS AGREEMENT. NOTHING CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION SHALL AFFECT THE RIGHT OF THE LENDER TO SERVE LEGAL PROCESS IN ANY OTHER MANNER PERMITTED BY LAW.
