GOVERNING LAWNENUE. The terms of this Contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. In the event that legal action or arbitration is commenced to resolve a dispute related to this Contract, the venue of such action or arbitration shall be in Skagit County, Washington.
