Governing Laws and Dispute Settlement. 5.1 Governing laws The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, modification and termination of the Contract and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws officially published and publicly available in China. For any matters not provided for in the laws officially published and publicly available in China, the international legal principles and practices will be applicable.
