Governing Laws; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall only be amended by an instrument in writing signed by each of the parties hereto, and shall extend to and bind the parties hereto and their respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
