Common use of Governing Rules for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Governing Rules for Arbitration. The rules set forth below and the rules of Commercial Arbitrations of the AAA shall govern all arbitration proceedings initiated pursuant to this Attachment; however, such arbitration proceedings shall not be conducted under the auspices of the AAA unless the Parties mutually agree. Where any of the rules set forth herein conflict with the rules of the AAA, the rules set forth in this Attachment shall prevail.
