Governing Venue. This Agreement will be governed by and will be construed, interpreted, and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to principles of conflicts of law. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach or default of this Agreement, will be determined solely by arbitration as defined in section 6.4.
