Government Accommodation. Employees on extended trips may be provided with temporary accommodation at the discretion of the Employer. These Employees are not entitled to the non-commercial accommodation allowance in Article B3.04(3). They are financially responsible for any damage. They do not have to pay rent if they receive a private accommodation allowance or are paying rent at their usual place of residence. Meals and Incidental Expenses
