Government Allowances Sample Clauses
The Government Allowances clause defines the terms under which a party may receive financial or material support from a government entity in connection with the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the types of allowances that may be provided, such as tax breaks, subsidies, or reimbursements, and specifies the conditions or documentation required to claim them. Its core practical function is to clarify the availability and administration of government-provided benefits, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding such allowances and reducing the risk of disputes over entitlements.
